1-Year Limited Warranty
Every Costa Pickleball paddle comes with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal, intended use.
Covered Under This Warranty
- Delamination of the face or core due to manufacturing defect
- Cracking or breaking of the paddle frame due to manufacturing defect
- Grip deterioration due to manufacturing defect
- Handle separation or structural failure from manufacturing defect
- Finish peeling or flaking from manufacturing defect
Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic scratches or minor surface marks
- Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures or moisture
- Damage from improper storage or care
- Paddles that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than Costa Pickleball
How to File a Claim
If your paddle has a manufacturing defect, contact us at support@costapickleball.com with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We'll review your claim and either repair or replace your paddle at no cost.
Warranty Duration
This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to validate a warranty claim.
