Return Process

To start a return, contact our support team at support@costapickleball.com with your order number. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Apparel and accessories (socks, hats, bags) are not returnable due to hygiene and fit reasons. All other items are eligible for return within the 30-day window.

Condition Requirements

Returned paddles must be unused or minimally used (cosmetic wear is acceptable). Paddles showing signs of significant use, damage, or abuse may not qualify for the full refund.
