I had an issue with USPS delivery. Costa handled the issues immediately, sending a new paddle. The customer service is gold star.
I have used my new paddle and LOVE it. I will be recommending COSTA to all my pickleball friends.

I was playing with Joola paddles — went through two $200 paddles that both broke within three months. Then I bought a $260 Joola Perseus before trying the Identity Pro from Costa Paddles. I haven't looked back since. I've now graduated to a more advanced paddle and I'm looking forward to trying the new foam paddle next. I recommend Stanley and his company — he'll take care of you as quickly as he can, and if there's a problem, he'll get to you fast to help solve it. I don't know a better paddle to learn with or play as an advanced player with.

I absolutely love this paddle. The weight is great. I can place the ball where I want, and the power feels just right for me. I'm excited!

Everybody wants to know about my paddle. As soon as I pull it out of my bag, someone asks, 'Where'd you get that?' — it looks amazing!

As a beginner to the sport I already feel like I have an advantage over everybody else. I think whether you are a beginner or a pro, this is the paddle that's going to get you to first place!
