Shipping Policy
All orders are typically processed within 24 hours, Monday–Friday. Orders received on weekends are processed the next business day. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. In the event of service interruptions by Costa Pickleball or its carriers, customers will be notified via email as soon as possible based on available information.
30 Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel confident when choosing Costa Pickleball. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Returned items must be in good condition with no player-caused damage. Products showing misuse, abuse, or alteration will be returned to the customer.

6 Month Limited Warranty
Costa Pickleball stands behind the quality of its paddles. We provide a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Covered under this warranty:
- Structural defects in the paddle core or face.
- Handle or joint failures due to defective construction.
- Edge guard separation caused by a manufacturing defect.
Not covered under this warranty:
- Normal wear and tear, including faded graphics, scratches, surface texture wear, or softening of the paddle face.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect (e.g., striking objects other than pickleballs, slamming paddles on the ground, or exposure to extreme heat/cold).
- Modifications or alterations to the paddle (removing edge guards, drilling holes, etc.).
- Loss, theft, or cosmetic changes that do not affect performance.
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Costa Pickleball reserves the right to inspect a paddle to determine if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect. In most cases, customers will be asked to provide photos or video of the defect. If approved, Costa will replace the defective paddle with the same model or an equivalent product.
